BelNIIDAD has issued new publications

The book is a short and informative directory on the history and studies into the Metrica of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the main part of the archives of our old state. The book includes lists of the published volumes of the Metrica and works by Belarusian and foreign researchers into the history of the Metrica. This is intended for archivists, scholarly editors, historians, students and everyone interested in the history of the 14th to the 17th centuries.

The book describes the concept of Archival Belarusica, lists main groups of Archival Belarusica objects, the structure and organisation of the integrated information resource of the documents on the history and culture of Belarus held abroad.

This is a procedural guidance for making a specific filing classification scheme in the regional and local state archives. The book is intended for employees at the regional and local archives.
