Conducting classes within the framework of the pilot project «Young Archivist» in the institution «State Archives of the Grodno Region»

On June 30, 2025, within the framework of the pilot project «Young Archivist», the institution «State Archives of the Grodno Region» held 2 classes for 3rd-year students of the Faculty of History, Communication and Tourism of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno.

During the classes, the archive staff acquainted the students with the procedure for using archival documents in the archive reading room and the features of working with the scientific reference apparatus when identifying documents. The students visited the archive storage, as well as the laboratory for restoration, binding and repair of documents, where a master class on document restoration was held for them.
