Lesson in the Zonal State Archive in Kobrin

On January 25, 2024, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign, 9th grade students from secondary school No.7 in Kobrin visited the Zonal State Archives in Kobrin.

On the eve of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, archive specialists conducted a lesson on this topic. Schoolchildren were shown archival documents testifying to the genocide of civilians in Kobrin and the region; photo documents of memorial sites of mass executions of civilians, eyewitness memories of the occupation regime during the Great Patriotic War, published in local media, are presented.

At the end of the meeting, a sightseeing tour of the archive was held with a visit to the archive storage.
