Visit to the BGAKFFD of the photo collector Dmitry Sapranovich

On July 27, Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents” was visited by a collector who is fond of historical photography Dmitry Sapranovich. For more than 10 years, the amateur historian has been creating and systematizing digital copies of photographic documents, which depict views of the city of Minsk, industrial and civil objects, and record the facts of the development of the Soviet automobile industry and motor sports for the period 1973-1994. Dmitry Sapranovich handed over about 300 copies of images to conduct an examination of the value for the purpose of further acceptance for permanent storage in the archive funds.

In turn, the archive provided the visitor with the opportunity to get acquainted with the database of photographic documents on the topic of interest to him.
