Archivists of the State Archives in Glubokoe took part in an event dedicated to the International Holocaust Remembrance Day

On January 25, 2025, the state educational institution «Glubokoe District Gymnasium» held an information hour «Little Lives of the Holocaust» as part of the month of military-patriotic education, dedicated to the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, which is celebrated annually on January 27.

The event was attended by the head of the department for the use and publication of documents of the State Archives in Glubokoe Tatyana Avlasova. She introduced the students to the documents of the Extraordinary State Commission for the Investigation of Crimes Committed by the German Occupiers in the Territory of Glubokoe District, which, among other things, tell about the existence of a Jewish ghetto in Glubokoe.
