BGAMLI at the ceremonial transfer of the etching to the collection of the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus

On January 24, 2025, the head of the department of scientific description of documents of personal origin of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art O.F.Shatalova and the leading archivist G.B.Bogomolova, at the invitation of the partner – the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus – attended a ceremonial event dedicated to the transfer of the etching «Portrait of Messire Pierre François Carton Signor de Viard» from the pre-war collection of the State Art Gallery of the BSSR of the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War to the collection of the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus. The event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus D.G.Shlyakhtin, the management of the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War and the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus, etc.
