Social partnership: the representative of the ZGA in Molodechno was awarded a trade union award

The reporting conference of the Molodechno district Association of Trade Unions was held on November 18 in the small hall of the local Palace of Culture. Leaders and activists of trade union «primary» enterprises and organizations of the Molodechno region were invited to the event. Dmitry Bochkov, Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Regional Trade Union Association, also took part in the work. On the agenda is a report on the activities of the association for the last five–year period and summing up the results.

Tatiana Yatsukhno made a report on the work of the ROPa. In her speech, the trade union leader announced the results in all key areas – collective bargaining, compliance with labor legislation and labor protection, health improvement, physical culture, recreational and cultural activities, participation in charity and patriotic actions, work with youth and veterans.

At the end of the event, awards were presented to the trade union activists of the district. Inna Pudakevich, Director of the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno, received a diploma for high professionalism in work and the implementation of the principles of social partnership.

The reporting conference became the final event in the activities of the district association: due to the expiration of the term of office, the structure ceases its work. This innovation has affected the whole country. From now on, all district and city trade unions will be transformed into departments of the regional association in order to create an intersectoral center for rapid response on the ground.

Currently, the documents of the Vileysky, Volozhinsky, Molodechno, Myadelsky district trade union associations that existed for 10 years have been transferred for permanent storage to the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno.
