A ceremonial meeting was held in the Central Laboratory in honor of National Unity Day

On September 17, 2024, on the day of the 85th anniversary of the reunification of Western Belarus with the BSSR, a ceremonial meeting of the staff was held in the state institution «Central Laboratory for the Preservation of Documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus» in honor of National Unity Day.

The director of the laboratory V.L.Klyuiko congratulated the staff on one of the most significant state holidays, wishing those present unity in choosing a course for the development of a strong, sovereign and prosperous Belarus and reminding them of the special importance of carefully preserving love and respect for the native land in their hearts.

Deputy director of the laboratory S.I.Mezga, during the presentation «We are together forever: on the 85th anniversary of the reunification of Western Belarus and the BSSR», introduced those present to the historical events of those years.

In conclusion, the laboratory staff were shown the film «Reunification», prepared for the National Unity Day by the state institution «Belarusian State Film, Photo, and Sound Documentation Archive».
