Presentation of the book «Liberation of the city of Mogilev on June 28, 1944. From memories…», prepared by the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region» for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the city of Mogilev

On June 28, 2024, on the day of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the city of Mogilev from the Nazi invaders, a presentation of the book «Liberation of the city of Mogilev on June 28, 1944» took place on the basis of the Compulsory Enforcement Directorate of the Mogilev Region. From memories…», dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders.

The book was presented to the head of the main department of justice of the Mogilev regional executive committee A.M. Stolyarov, the deputy head of the main department of justice – head of the enforcement department A.V. Derevyago and the director of the State Archive of the Mogilev region S.L. Sharaeva.

Also, as part of this event, a virtual exhibition of archival documents on the liberation of the city of Mogilev was demonstrated and the film «Liberation and Revival of the Mogilev Region» was watched.
