Excursion, screening of an exhibition of documents and the film «Liberation» in the Zonal State Archive in Rechitsa

On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War and as part of the «Archives to School» campaign, pupils of the labor camp of secondary school No.7 in Rechitsa visited the ZGA in Rechitsa. Traditionally, archivists showed them the work of their institution, and also presented to the students a new permanent exhibition of archival documents «Adam Kuzmenkov – Polesie Partisan», telling them about the life path and contribution to the Victory of the archive’s founder, Great Patriotic War veteran A.V.Kuzmenkova. The meeting ended with a screening of the BGAKFFD documentary «Liberation».
