The Belarusian Research Institute of Document Science and Archival Science will hold a training webinar (7 hours) on November 12, 2025, on the topic of «Compiling and Formatting Organizational File Schedules, Model and Standard File Schedules».
Topics covered in the webinar:
1. Legislative requirements for compiling organizational file schedules.
2. Regulatory, methodological, and informational basis for compiling file schedules.
3. Purpose, types, and functions of file schedules.
4. Carrying out preparatory work for compiling an organizational file schedule.
5. Procedure for compiling, coordinating, signing, and approving the nomenclature of files for a structural unit and the nomenclature of files for an organization.
6. Schemes (principles) for constructing a nomenclature of files for an organization.
7. Compiling and systematizing file headings in the nomenclature of files for an organization.
8. Specifics of including electronic documents and files in the nomenclature of files.
9. Rules for assigning file indexes.
10. Determining file storage periods. Specifics of including documents subject to tax audit in the nomenclature of files.
11. Purpose, procedure, and specifics of compiling and formatting sample and standard nomenclatures of files.
The cost of participation in the webinar is 130.00 rubles excluding VAT (based on subparagraph 1.2 of paragraph 1 of Article 326 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus).
