On the Participation of Employees of the Belarusian State Film, Photo, and Sound Documentation Archive in the Exhibition Opening

On October 30, 2025, the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus held the grand opening of the exhibition «Andrei Bembel. Along the Roads of the Era», dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of Andrei Onufrievich Bembel, People’s Artist of the BSSR, professor, sculptor, and laureate of the BSSR State Prize.

The exhibition covers the artist’s creative career from the 1940s to the 1980s. The exhibition features easel paintings, personal and archival documents, as well as photographs from the collections of the Belarusian State Film, Photo, and Sound Documentation Archive.

The opening ceremony was attended by M.D. Romanova, Chief Curator of the Collections, and E.I. Tretyak, Lead Archivist of the Document Use and Information Department.

The exhibition will run from October 31 to December 14, 2025, in the exhibition building of the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus.
