A virtual exhibition of watercolours by architect Valmen Aladov on the YouTube channel of the Belarusian State Archives of Scientific and Technical Documentation

A virtual exhibition of watercolours by architect Valmen Aladov is now available on the YouTube channel of the Belarusian State Archives of Scientific and Technical Documentation (BGANTD).

The watercolours, mainly landscapes, held in personal fonds 293 (personal collection of V. N. Aladov) are dated from 1949-2009. These are mainly the sketches of the Naroch area and paper drawings from the architect’s trip to Crimea, Germany and Russia.

The idea and implementation of the virtual exhibition belongs to Veronika Musvidas, Head of Information and Use of Records at the BGANTD Archives. There is also a plan to organize shortly a stationary exhibition of Valmen Aladov’s watercolours at the Archive’s building.
