A professional contest “The Best Archivist of Belarus” is held in Belarus in 2018

A professional contest “The Best Archivist of Belarus” is held in 2018 in accordance with the Order of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Justice Ministry No. 10 of 23 February 2018.

17 archivists applied to participate in the contest.

The contest includes two stages. The first stage on the topic “My small homeland in the records of the National Archival Holdings of the Republic of Belarus” was conducted by correspondence from 1 June until 31 August 2018 according to the submitted contest works.

The second stage takes place on the basis of the State Archives of Brest Region on 17-18 October 2018 in the form of theoretical and practical tasks on the legal aspects of activities at the state archival institutions.
