The Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus introduced the new director to the staff of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus

On August 17, 2026, a meeting of the staff of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (NARB) was held, at which O.L.Voinov, Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, introduced the new director of the archive, Elena Aleksandrovna Stukanova. Oleg Leonidovich briefly described the main stages of the new director’s career and noted the special place of the NARB in the system of archival institutions in the archival industry. He expressed confidence that, thanks to her personal and professional qualities, as well as her practical and theoretical experience, E.A.Stukanova will be able to successfully lead the leading archive of our republic. The Head of the Department emphasized the symbolic nature of this appointment during the Year of the Belarusian Woman.

E.A.Stukanova thanked O.L.Voinov for his trust and expressed confidence that with such a team of professionals, the archive will maintain its leading position in the industry and be able to further enhance its results.
