Tours of the Vitebsk Region State Archives as part of the «Archives for School» campaign

On July 30 and 31, 2026, the Vitebsk Region State Archives held regular tours for children attending the Spartakovets district educational and health camp, organized at Vitebsk Secondary School No.6 named after A.E.Belokhvostikov.

The tours focused on the use of documents by the archive and the organization of research activities within it. The students were introduced to publications and exhibitions of archival documents and received information on how to conduct research in Belarusian archives.

During a visit to one of the archives, they saw firsthand how document storage is organized and received additional information about it.

The events were held as part of the national «Archives for School» campaign.
