About the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region holding an event within the framework of the «Archives-School» campaign

On June 18, 2026, an event dedicated to the memory of the tragic days of June 1941 was organized with the participation of a representative of the State Archive of the Vitebsk region for the pupils of the day-stay camp in secondary school No.2 in Vitebsk.

Leading archivist of the Department of Document Use and Publication A.V.Bogdanova told those present about the early days of the Great Patriotic War and showed the documentary film «Fortress-Hero», prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photographic Documents.
