The National Archives of the Republic of Belarus held a tour for employees of the Department of Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations

On June 9, 2026, the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter NARB) hosted a tour for employees of the Department of Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Participants viewed the exhibitions «Women of the Great Victory» and «We Will Never Forget This June Day…».

Svyatoslav Valentinovich Kulinok, PhD in History and Deputy Director of the NARB, delivered a welcoming address. He described the extensive work being carried out at the archive in the areas of publication and exhibition activities.

Margarita Anatolyevna Starostenko, Head of the Document and Information Use Department of the NARB, led a tour of the archive, discussing its history, composition, and document storage features. During the tour, visitors were introduced to archival documents on the development of Belarusian statehood, the history of the partisan movement, the crimes of the German occupation authorities against the civilian population, and the deportation of civilians from the BSSR to forced labor in Germany.

Guests also visited the NARB reading room and archives, where they were shown documents from partisan formations, as well as models of the State Emblem and Flag of the Republic of Belarus.
