A video by the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa for Constitution Day

Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus is celebrated annually on March 15. Today, the main law of the state determines the life and development of the Belarusian state, aimed at its prosperity and the well-being of its population. In anticipation of this significant date, the Rechitsa State Archives has produced a video in which archival staff outline the main articles of the Constitution.
