Meeting of the Records Management and Formation Department of the National Archival Fund of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus with Representatives of the Belarusian Children’s Fund

On February 5, 2026, staff from the Records Management and Formation Department of the National Archival Fund of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as NARB) visited the Belarusian Children’s Fund.

During the meeting, Tatyana Anatolyevna Shevchenko, Head of the Records Management and Formation Department of the National Archival Fund of the NARB, discussed the key legal provisions in the field of archival affairs and records management, as well as the requirements for documents when transferring files for permanent storage to the archive.

Lyudmila Nikolaevna Kondrashova, Chair of the Board of the Belarusian Children’s Fund, briefed NARB staff on the interaction of the Belarusian Children’s Fund with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Ministry of Health, as well as on the projects implemented by the Belarusian Children’s Fund.

Also present at the meeting were archivists from the Records Management and Formation Department of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus, T.Yu.Lukyantseva and A.M.Stasenko, and employees of the Belarusian Children’s Fund, M.E.Kashinskaya, O.M.Kiseleva, and T.A.Kovalchuk.

The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere, and representatives of the Belarusian Children’s Fund received answers to all their questions.
