On the Participation of Republican Archival Institution Employees in Continuing Education Courses on Records Management and Archival Science

From November 24 to 28, 2025, Belarusian State University hosted continuing education courses for archival staff, personnel departments, and documentation support services of organizations and institutions, as well as specialists from BSU departments. The course focused on «Modern Requirements for Document Support of Organizations and Archival Storage of Documents».

Representatives of republican archival institutions participated in the courses, organized by the Faculty of Continuing Education and the Department of Source Studies of the Faculty of History of BSU. Among those participating were T.A.Shevchenko, Head of the Records Management and Archival Formation Department of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (lectures on «Technology for Organizing Document Support for Management» and «Organizing the Work of an Organization’s Archive») and A.E.Rybakov, Director of the Belarusian Research Institute of Records Management and Archival Science (lecture on «Ensuring Archival Storage of Electronic Documents of Government Agencies and Other Organizations»).

Upon completion of the courses, participants received certificates of completion.

The course participants highly praised the level of the event, emphasized the importance and relevance of the issues discussed, and expressed gratitude to the organizers and lecturers.
