The Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus participated in an international roundtable discussion at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus

On November 28, 2025, the International Roundtable «Historical Memory: Value Guidelines for the Consolidation of Belarusian and Russian Societies» was held at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Dr. of History and Professor D.V.Duk, Rector of the Academy, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He emphasized the unique nature of the current model of interaction between Belarus and Russia. Such meetings at conferences demonstrate this.

Participants in the roundtable included V.V.Danilovich, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the 8th convocation, and V.L.Lakiza, Director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as NARB), Ph.D. S.V.Kulinok presented a report entitled «Joint Publishing Projects of Belarusian and Russian Archivists – an Important Area of Historical Memory Preservation Activity», in which he described the systematic interaction between the parties in the area of popularization and publishing activities aimed at preserving historical memory, as well as new documentary publications by NARB archivists.

NARB also organized a demonstration of the exhibition «Let’s Restore Belarus Together!» for students Academy of Management.
