Belarus celebrates two important days annually: Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Mother’s Day is celebrated on October 14th. Father’s Day is celebrated on October 21st. The period between these dates is called the Week of Parental Love. October is filled with special attention to parents and gratitude for the love they invest in raising their children.

The Belarusian State Archive and Museum of Literature and Art houses numerous family collections of cultural figures in our country. The «Family Photo Album» virtual exhibition invites you to look at famous figures of Belarusian literature and art through the eyes of their families, to see them in everyday moments that become a source of inspiration and strength for creativity.
