«Preserving Memory – Creating the Future». Molodechno Archivists Participated in a District Event Dedicated to National Unity Day

On September 17, a district celebration dedicated to National Unity Day was held in Molodechno. Archivists from the Zonal State Archives actively participated in the event. This large-scale event brought together people from across the district and became a symbol of the unity of the Belarusian people.

National Unity Day is a symbol of cohesion; it emphasizes the integrity of the Belarusian people, long divided by externally imposed borders. It is a reminder that Belarusians are one people, despite historical trials.

These themes are reflected in the historical documents presented at thematic exhibitions prepared by the archive. They brought together documents from the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, the Zonal State Archives, and periodicals.

The archivists’ participation in this celebration was not only a contribution to the preservation of historical memory but also an important step toward strengthening national unity and solidarity.
