The State Archives of the Vitebsk Region held an event dedicated to the history of the liberation of Belarus and Vitebsk from the Nazi invaders

On the eve of June 26 – the Day of the Liberation of Vitebsk from the Nazi invaders, the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region held an event dedicated to the history of the liberation of Belarus and Vitebsk from the Nazi invaders with a screening of the documentary films «Operation Bagration» and «Liberation of Vitebsk», prepared by the BGAKFFD, for the employees of the State Institution of Additional Education for Adults «Vitebsk Regional Institute for Education Development».

The event was organized by the archive on the initiative of the primary organization of the ROO «Belaya Rus» of the institute.

The meeting was filled with deep meaning: it is important to protect peace and remember the heroes who gave their lives for it.
