As part of the «Archives for School» campaign, an event was held in the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region for school camp participants with a screening of the documentary film «Liberation of Vitebsk»

For participants of the 1st and 2nd detachments of the school camp of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.42 of Vitebsk named after D.F.Raitsev» in the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign, an event was held with a screening of the film «Liberation of Vitebsk» prepared by BGAKFFD.

During the event, the children were told about why archives are created, they were shown a chronicle from the BGAKFFD funds, and they were given a tour of the exhibition of archival documents «Journey into the Past: How to Look for Information About Your Family».

The event ended with a sightseeing tour of the storage facilities, during which the students were able to see real archival documents.

3-5. Head of Department Vladimir Kokhanko conducts excursions for participants of the school camp of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.42 of Vitebsk named after D.F.Raitsev» in the storage facility of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region.
