Due to major repairs, the archive storage and reading room of the Zonal State Archive in Polotsk are temporarily suspending operations

We inform you that construction and installation works have begun in the building of the Zonal State Archive in Polotsk as part of a major overhaul since April 2025. The planned duration of the repair works is 5 months.

In this regard, the archive storage and reading room will be closed from June 3, 2025. The expected resumption of work is September 2025.

Information on the specific dates for the resumption of work will be posted additionally. Please take this information into account both when planning research work in the archive and when sending relevant requests.
