Screening of the film «History of the Great Victory» in the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.9 of Orsha»

On May 27, 2025, the institution «Zonal State Archive in Orsha» in the state educational institution «Secondary School No.9 of Orsha» held a screening of the documentary film «History of the Great Victory» for students of grades 2-5, created by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents for the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.

Before the screening, the leading archivist of the State Archive in Orsha Yu.I.Gryadovka told the children about the main events of the Great Patriotic War, which are described in the film, about the feat of the multinational Soviet people, emphasized the importance of preserving historical memory and passing on this knowledge to the younger generations.
