On the participation of the Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus in the conference «The Path to Victory. New Directions and Sources for Studying the Great Patriotic War» in St. Petersburg

On May 5-6, 2025, the International Scientific Conference «The Path to Victory. New Directions and Sources for Studying the Great Patriotic War» was held at St. Petersburg State University. The forum brought together military history experts from Russia, Belarus and China.

The Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as NARB), PhD in History S.V.Kulinok took part in the forum. He handed over the latest editions of NARB to the university, including the illustrated collection of documents «Operation Bagration. Partisans of the Belarusian Land…», prepared within the framework of the «Library of the Union State» project.

S.V.Kulinok spoke at the section «Military actions at the front and in the occupied territory» with a report «Nazi punitive operations in Belarus: terminology, legal framework for conducting, total number».
