Participation of employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus in the opening ceremony of a memorial plaque dedicated to the memory of Hero of the Soviet Union Andrei Mitrofanovich Kizhevatov in secondary school No.206 named after A.M.Kizhevatov in Minsk

On May 7, 2025, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign, employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, head of the personal collections department I.V.Dorogush and chief engineer, deputy chairman of the Minsk city organization of the Belarusian Union of Border Service Veterans V.A.Baranov took part in the opening ceremony of a memorial plaque dedicated to the memory of Hero of the Soviet Union Andrei Mitrofanovich Kizhevatov in secondary school No.206 named after A.M.Kizhevatov in Minsk.

The archive workers congratulated the school staff and students on the significant event and the upcoming Great Victory Day and presented the school principal E.A.Klimkovich with the popular science publications of the archive «Visual Art of Partisans» and «Documents on the History of the Partisan Movement».

The event ended with a festive concert.
