Today, the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region» is celebrating. Svetlana Viktorovna Bartsuleva, head of the department for preserving documents and funds, is celebrating her 25 years of service. On April 3, 2000, she came to the archive and stayed for 25 years.
