On January 27, 2025, a round table «Vitebsk – Moscow – Kaliningrad – Altai Republic. Stronger than death and the fear of death ..». was held, dedicated to the memory of the victims of the genocide of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War

The organizer of the round table was the People’s Museum of Military Glory of the 39th Army (State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No.5 of Vitebsk named after I.I.Lyudnikov»). As part of the «Archives for School» campaign, the leading archivist of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region Svetlana Myasoedova took part in the round table, spoke about documents on the history of the concentration camp near the village of Maryanovo, Liozno District, Vitebsk Region, created by the Nazis in 1944.

The participants of the round table were presented with an exhibition of documents «Liberation: We were torn from the death camp», prepared by Vitebsk archivists for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Vitebsk region in 2024.

The round table was held in the format of a video conference.
