The «Archives for School» campaign at the «Zonal State Archives in Lida» institution

On October 28, 2024, the «Zonal State Archives in Lida» institution was visited by students of grade 8 «A» of the state educational institution «Secondary School No.15 in Lida». A patriotic education lesson on the topic «Heroes-Liberators of the City of Lida» was held for the students, a thematic exhibition «Heroes-Liberators» was presented, and a sightseeing tour of the archive was organized.

As part of the implementation of the project «Open Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could», a screening of the documentary film «Liberation of the Grodno Region» was organized for the students, prepared by BGAKFFD and dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders and the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
