Archival lesson «Basics of working in an archive. Working with documents» for students of the Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne of Polotsk

As part of the events dedicated to the Year of Quality and the «Archives for School» campaign, on October 25, the Zonal State Archives in Polotsk was visited by 2nd-year students of the history department of the Polotsk State University named after Euphrosyne of Polotsk. An archival lesson «Basics of working in an archive. Working with documents» was held for future historians.

Visitors got acquainted with the presented exhibitions: «Information about the family of Petrus Brovka», «A city scorched by war».

A video clip of the joint project of ATN and BGAKFFD – «In the open access» «MAZ – MEN» was watched.

As part of the event, a sightseeing tour of the archive was held for visitors.
