Participation of the National Institute of Belarus in the creation and presentation of the exhibition «Leaves of yellowed pages of palace descriptions»

On October 18, 2024, in the southern gallery of the Rumyantsev and Paskevich Palace (Gomel), the presentation of the exhibition «Leafy yellowed pages of palace descriptions» was held, dedicated to the 105th anniversary of the Museum of the Gomel Palace and Park Ensemble. Sergey Ryndin, head of the research and publication department, took part in the ceremony. In the preparation of the exposition, «Inventories of the Gomel Castle» were used – special inventory books, which were used to keep track of all palace property. These unique historical documents are stored in the Museum of the Gomel Palace and Park Ensemble and in the Foundation «Patriarchal Administration of the Gomel Estate of Prince Paskevich-Erivansky» of the NIA of Belarus, which provided their electronic copies as a partner in the organization of this exhibition project.
