On holding a thematic lesson with students of grades 8-10 of the State Educational Institution «Skrygalovskaya Secondary School of the Mozyr District»

Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Institution «Zonal State Archive in Mozyr» and the State Educational Institution «Skrygalovskaya Secondary School of the Mozyr District» and within the framework of the «Archives – to School» campaign, the pilot project «Young Archivist» on September 16, 2024, with students of grades 8-10, as part of the celebration of National Unity Day, a thematic event (quest cruise) «Belarus – the Country of Unity» was organized with a demonstration of the film «Reunification» prepared by the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents».

This event was aimed at developing national self-awareness among the younger generation, a conscious respectful attitude towards the national holiday National Unity Day, an active life position, and contributed to the students’ awareness of their belonging to the Belarusian people, united by a common history and traditions.
