Excursion and film lecture at the Zonal State Archive in Rechitsa

On August 19, 2024, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign, students from the «Verasok» labor camp of Rechitsa Secondary School No.7 came to the Rechitsa State Archive. During the excursion, they visited the archive storage and reading room, were informed about the history of the archive and the composition of the documents stored in it, about the work of archivists with citizens, on the staffing of the archive and the use of documents. On the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, the students were presented with a stationary exhibition of archival documents «Adam Kuzmenkov – Partisan of Polesia» and the BGAKFFD documentary «Liberation».
