Conducting a film lecture by employees of the State Archive of the Grodno Region as part of the project «Open Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could»

May 3, 2024 as part of the «Open Film Archive» project. We brought this day closer as best we could» in the Grodno City Central Library named after. A.Makayonka hosted the premiere screening of the documentary film «Liberation» for users and employees of the library network.

Archive employees told those present about the project prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents, and also presented documents relating to the events and participants of the Great Patriotic War and stored in the State Archive of the Grodno Region. As part of the film lecture, an exhibition of archival documents dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders was also shown.
