Premiere screening of the film «Liberation» for students of Baranovichi State University, Baranovichi Technological College of Belkoopsoyuz

On May 3, 2024, employees of the State Archives in the city of Baranovichi organized a premiere screening of the documentary film «Liberation», prepared as part of the «Open Film Archive» project. We brought this day closer as best we could», dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders for students of the Baranovichi State University and students of the Baranovichi Technological College of the Belkoopsoyuz. Before the screening of the film, employees of the state archive spoke about the heroism of the operators of front-line film groups, thanks to whom the possibility of creating this project became possible. For the premiere of the film, archivists, together with employees of educational institutions, prepared exhibitions based on documents from the state archive, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders. Exhibitions are exhibited in the above-mentioned educational institutions.
