On holding events with students of the educational institution «Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin»

April 17, 2024 for 1-2 year students of the educational institution «Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin» thematic lessons «History of the organization of archival affairs in Mozyr» and «Archive and its activities» were organized.

During the lesson, employees of the state archival institution familiarized the university students in detail with the main types of activities of state archival institutions, their main functions and tasks, as well as the history of the organization of archival affairs in Mozyr.

During the event, students were shown a video about the organization of the work of the reading room of the Zonal State Archive in Mozyr.

The students were presented with a virtual exhibition «A Path Eighty Years Long», dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the educational institution «Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin», which was prepared by the archive staff for the anniversary date of the establishment.
