On March 27, 2024, as part of the republican action «Archives to School», the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation conducted a sightseeing tour for students of «Secondary School No.104 named after R.N.Machulsky, Minsk

The tourists got acquainted with the history of the archive, its structure, areas of activity, types of documents and the possibilities of their search. The excursion aroused keen interest, since the modern Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation is located in the building of the former Church of St. Joseph of the Bernardine Monastery, founded in 1624.

In the archives, the head of the department for ensuring the safety and recording of documents Maria Aleksandrovna Mikhailova spoke about the features of temperature and humidity conditions for storing documents. The schoolchildren were also shown BGANTD design documentation for the buildings of the National Library of the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian State Circus.
