On conducting a lecture and excursion for students of the State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No. 6 named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky in Grodno» as part of the republican action «Archives to School» in the National Historical Archive of Belarus in Grodno

On March 27, 2024, at the National Historical Archive of Belarus in Grodno, a lecture was held for 9th grade students of the State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No. 6 named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky in Grodno» about the history of the creation of the archive, the main directions of its activities, the composition of documents, and a review was conducted tour of the archive.

Students visited the exhibition hall of the archive and the research and reference library. In the archive storage, guests learned about the conditions for storing archival documents, and in the laboratory for special document processing they observed the process of restoration of original archival documents.
