Based on the results of work for 2023, a number of employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region were awarded Certificates of Honor and gratitude from the main department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions.

In total, based on the results of work for 2023, 10 employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region received awards.

It is worth noting that in 2023 the archive team won the competition «Best Reading Room of the State Archive» (in the category «regional archives») and, in general, based on the results of work for 2023, it was recognized as the best regional archive.

1. The Director of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region T.M. Svistunova was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Main Department of Justice. The certificate was presented by the first deputy head of the department, M.F. Bykova.

2. V.S. Kupreeva, chief accountant of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region, was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Main Department of Justice. The certificate was presented by the first deputy head of the department, M.F. Bykova.

3. The head of the department of the NAF State Archives of the Vitebsk Region O.P. Gavrilchik was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Main Department of Justice. The certificate was presented by the first deputy head of the department, M.F. Bykova.

4. The Certificate of Honor of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions was awarded to the head of the department of IPS and automated archival technologies of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region E.M. Bondareva. The certificate was presented by the chairman of the regional organization E.V. Nefedova.
