Employees of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region took part in the presentation of the book The next book by the oldest Vitebsk local historian, one of the founders of the State Archive of the Vitebsk Region Arkady Mikhailovich Podlipsky, «Lazar Lagin and his «Old Man Hottabych»«, tells about the life and work of a native of Vitebsk, Lazar Iosifovich Lagin (1903–1979). The publication is timed to coincide with the 120th anniversary of the writer’s birth.
