On October 11, 2023, a seminar «Innovations of the Labor Code of 2024» was held at the State Archive of the Minsk Region

On June 29, 2023, the President of the Republic of Belarus signed the law «On Amendments to Laws on Labor Relations». In anticipation of the entry into force of this regulatory act on January 1, 2024, a seminar was held at the State Archive of the Minsk Region on upcoming innovations in the Labor Code.

Victoria Borisovna Koroleva, chief legal labor inspector of the Minsk regional organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions, made a report on changes in labor legislation. She spoke in detail about the guarantees for workers when they undergo medical examinations in healthcare organizations; about changes in the procedure and conditions for granting vacations, in the frequency of payment of wages and much more.

Heads of archive departments, as well as representatives of the institution’s administration, attended the seminar as listeners.
