On July 28, 2023, a press conference was held at the Press House on the topic «Know, remember, honor. Patriotic projects dedicated to perpetuating the memory of the participants of the Great Patriotic War».

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (NARB), the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, the public association «Belarusian Republican Youth Union», the NGO «Patriots of Belarus», the project «Digital Star», the project «City as a space of memory: memorialization of the events of the Great Patriotic War in the names of the elements of the road network of Brest and Kobrin».

As part of the event, the head of the NARB Publications Department, Candidate of Historical Sciences S.V.Kulinok spoke about the origin and implementation of he Internet portal «Partisans of Belarus».t In his speech, he dwelled in detail on the structure of the portal and the tasks it solves. The speaker stressed that this project makes a great contribution to the preservation of historical memory and the popularization of documents from the period of the Great Patriotic War.
