On June 15, 2023, employees of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region took part in the scientific and practical conference «Talachyn region: historical and cultural recession of the region (to the 590th anniversary of the first mention of Tolachyn in written sources)».

Deputy Director Buevich T.V. and leading archivist Myasoyedova S.N. made presentations «Characteristics of the Tolochin district as an exemplary platform for the economic policy of the party in agriculture» and «Skrinshchina-Serkovitsy as the center of the region’s glass industry at the beginning of the 20th century».
