The website of the National Historical Archive of Belarus hosts a virtual exhibition «Ivan Vasilyevich Roshchin: the first director of the Central State Institute of Arts of the BSSR in Minsk: life and work»

The National Historical Archives of Belarus prepared and posted on the website of the archive a virtual exhibition «Ivan Vasilyevich Roshchin: the first director of the Central State Historical Archive of the BSSR in Minsk: life and work». It consists of copies of photographs from the family archive, which is currently kept by the daughter of the first director, Tatyana Ivanovna Roshchina.

The photographs reflect the life path of I.R. Roshchin (1908–1972) from adolescence (the earliest photograph dates from 1925) to the last years of his life, when he was already working as the director of the Khatyn memorial complex.

The exhibition is dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the National Historical Archives of Belarus.
