The Portal for Rating the Quality of Services and Administrative Procedures by the Organizations of the Republic of Belarus provides an opportunity for citizens to express their opinion about the quality of public services provided by government institutions, which contributes to the improvement of the quality of public services.

Recently the function of QR-code of the organization has appeared on it.

A citizen, who has received a service and wants to evaluate the quality of its provision, should register, and then it is enough to scan a QR code and go to the page of the corresponding government agency or institution at the portal.
