A workshop for the heads of Soligorsk district school museums “Archives as an integral and important part of the cultural memory of society, the cultural heritage of mankind”

As part of the Year of Historical Memory and the Archives for School campaign, the Local State Archives in Slutsk conducted a workshop for the heads of Soligorsk district school museums on the topic “Archives as an integral and important part of the cultural memory of the society, the cultural heritage of mankind” with the purpose of popularizing the Archive’s documents and ensuring an inseparable historical connection and continuity of generations of the Belarusian people.

The event included a tour of the archive repository, where the heads of school museums could see the rare documents and learned how the documents are stored.
